  • Standard Shipping: Typically, plants are shipped via ground service and arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please be aware that transit times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

  • Expedited Shipping: For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, which usually deliver within 1-3 business days. Please note that expedited shipping incurs additional costs.

  • Local Pick-Up (If Applicable): In some cases, we may offer a local pick-up option for customers in the Newnan, Georgia area. Details on pick-up times and procedures will be provided during checkout if this option is available.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your plants arrive in poor condition due to shipping issues, we will evaluate each situation individually and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
